Construction of platform lifts

On the supporting frame, there are mounted scissors for lifting mechanisms that ensure the raising and lowering of the hydraulic platform. The scissor mechanisms themselves are driven by hydraulic cylinders and a power station. The power unit consists of: oil station, electric motor, pump and high pressure hoses.

Control of lifting and lowering is carried out by changing the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. This is done with the help of a lift or telpher type push-button console. The scissor platform hoist can be equipped with a number of optional solutions to increase operating safety: rolling restraints, fences and railings, safety frames, gates with magnetic locks and so on. To protect against corrosion, the hydraulic scissor-type platform is treated with Akzo Nobel (Netherlands) or Alpina (Germany) industrial paint.

 

 

Lifting table with an inclined platform, tipper

A lifting table with an inclined platform allows optimizing the workplace in industrial workshops, where parts are machined, equipment is assembled and complex and heavy metal structures are welded. The possibility of tilting the platform to 90° and a lifting height of up to 1300 mm provides high ergonomics and easy access to the product.

The lift construction with folding platform

The construction is based on the configuration of a scissor lift table and a hydraulic tipper top. The cargo platform is equipped with an additional hydraulic cylinder, which provides its angular movement. Depending on the specified requirements, the angle of inclination can reach 45 or 90 degrees.

The hydraulic power unit of the tilting lift includes several elements, among which are: hydraulic pump, oil tank, AC electric motor, high pressure hoses. The oil station can be developed in two versions: stationary and portable. Stationary is most often mounted in the pit, and the remote can be connected separately from the table structure.
