Low profile lift

Description

A more compact type of scissor hydraulic lift. Such equipment is installed directly on the floor of the warehouse or asphalt. This is a popular solution for facilities where there is no possibility to prepare a pit. When folded, the lift takes up a minimum of space.

Low-profile lifting table in the pit does not take place at all when it is in an inactive state. The working platform becomes flat with the floor.

Low profile lifting table – construction advantages

In the construction of a low profile lift, a more compact configuration of the scissor mechanism is used, as well as a smaller power unit. It is possible to make the power block portable, thereby reducing the height of the folded lifting table. In this type of low profile lift assembly, the oil station and the electric motor are mounted separately. In production, this construction is simple and reliable, so it does not require frequent maintenance and has an affordable price.

We can manufacture lifts with any set of options. Usually we use reliable Italian valves Oleodinamica Marchesini, high pressure hoses Hansa Flex and high-quality industrial paint Akzo Nobel (Netherlands) or Alpina (Germany). Additional options: safety stops, rolling restraints, remote control panel, lift height limiters, etc.
