Shelf construction

Commercial shelf rack is characterized by a simple prefabricated structure – it is easy to disassemble / assemble or move without the involvement of specialists. It consists of two support posts with perforations, on which shelves are mounted by hooks. The bottom shelf has also 2 extra legs, which ensures good structural stability. The back wall with can be both monolithic and perforated for the hinged location of the product.

 

Options for retail shelving

Optionally, the rack can be equipped with plastic price tags, limiters for shelves, front and side skins, as well as an upper frieze with lighting products on the shelves. This all provides high versatility of the shelving and allows storing completely different-sized products.

Standard coloring of a rack is a white color RAL-9016 powder covering. If you need a different color, we can perform in any color on the RAL palette. We carry out delivery across all the country in short terms.

Perforated Shelving Design

The perforated wall is a sheet of metal with holes arranged in a specific order. The wall is attached to two bearing racks. A shelf with 2 additional legs is installed at the base of the rack for greater structural stability.

For storage of products on the racks, you can use a variety of mounted elements, it all depends on the production sizes. Hooks can be single and double, to be completed with price holders. In addition to hooks, the rack can be equipped with standard shelves, special holders of hammers or screwdrivers, baskets, stands, signs and regular shelves.
